Introduction
In light of recent events involving the organization World Wide Scholarships Group PTY Ltd (WWS) and its self-proclaimed CEO, Munyaradzi Nkosana Wilbert Maraire, I am compelled to publicly address a series of serious violations that have affected my professional standing and integrity.
As a licensed FIFA Match Agent, I operate under strict international regulations and ethical standards. What began as a proposed collaboration in South Africa quickly revealed itself to be a case of fraud, misrepresentation, and coercion. Despite WWS’s deregistration and lack of legal capacity, I was misled, pressured, and later defamed.
I have taken all appropriate legal steps to report these actions:
A criminal complaint was filed with the Police Department of Saxony, Germany
A formal disclosure was submitted to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC)
A regulatory case was opened with FIFA under ticket number #176864
All relevant documents, including the Disclosure Certificate, police confirmation, FIFA correspondence, and coercive communications from WWS, are attached for full transparency
This post serves as a formal counterstatement, a warning to others, and a clear record of the facts. I stand by my actions and will continue to defend my reputation through lawful and professional means.

Following my recent visit to South Africa and the failed cooperation with the alleged organization World Wide Scholarships Group PTY Ltd (WWS) and its self-proclaimed CEO Munyaradzi Nkosana Wilbert Maraire, I am hereby issuing this formal, legally substantiated statement to protect my reputation, uphold FIFA regulations, and inform the public and all professional stakeholders.
1. Deception & Breach of Contract by WWS
I was invited to South Africa under false pretenses to co-organize a so-called “Nelson Mandela Memorial Tournament.” Despite a signed agreement, WWS failed to fulfill any contractual obligations. No logistics, funding, or valid project structure existed. The engagement was based on intentional misrepresentation. Travel Agreement – see attachment
This agreement was issued by WWS in May 2025 to facilitate and organize my trip to South Africa under the false pretense of co-hosting the “Nelson Mandela Memorial Tournament.” It forms part of the contractual evidence of deception and misrepresentation.
2. I Was Never Part of WWS – External Consultant Only
As per the contract signed on March 10, 2025, I served strictly as an independent external consultant. I was never employed by WWS, never represented the organization, never held any role in its structure, and never transferred or shared any rights related to my FIFA Match Agent status.
3. WWS Lacked Legal Capacity – Contract Is Legally Null & Void
According to official records from the South African CIPC:
WWS was deregistered on February 5, 2025
Mr. Munyaradzi Maraire resigned as Director on September 30, 2022
A deregistered entity has no legal capacity to sign contracts, enter into partnerships, or receive funding. The contract is therefore legally invalid and unenforceable.

4. On-Site Findings: Financial Harm to Parents and Athletes
During my time in South Africa, I was made aware by numerous parents and athletes of:
Missing scholarships and support funds
False promises and lack of operational structure
No qualified training, education or infrastructure
WWS exploited the trust of families and may have caused significant financial harm.
5. Threats, Defamation & Violations of FIFA Regulations
After returning to Germany, I was pressured and threatened by WWS representatives:
I was demanded to operate all future projects under the WWS name
I received a defamatory letter dated June 12, 2025 falsely accusing me of misconduct
Threats were made to report me to FIFA, in violation of Article 5 of the FIFA Match Agent Regulations regarding independence and neutrality
The “apology letter” circulated by WWS is defamatory, false, and legally actionable under German and international law.

6. Criminal Complaints Filed – National & International
I have filed official criminal complaints against WWS and Mr. Maraire for cross-border fraud, contractual deception, and defamation:
Germany: Police Department Zwickau
South Africa: South African Police Service (SAPS)
International: United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC)
7. FIFA Officially Informed
FIFA was officially notified on June 15, 2025.
Case Number: #176864 was opened to document the public misrepresentation involving a FIFA Match Agent by third parties.
8. Formal Disassociation & Legal Action Reserved
I hereby formally and publicly disassociate myself from:
World Wide Scholarships Group PTY Ltd (WWS)
Mr. Munyaradzi Nkosana Wilbert Maraire
I reserve all legal rights to pursue:
Civil and criminal action
Compensation for reputational harm
Legal damages for breach of contract and defamation
